After breakfast, set off for the remote and dramatic Lake Natron region, near the active Ol Doinyo Lengai volcano.
Enjoy scenic views of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, Maasai villages, and wild landscapes.
In the afternoon, take a walk to the Engare Sero Waterfalls, and view the lake’s flamingos and mineral plains.

Begin early and drive toward Northern Serengeti, a prime location for the Great Migration river crossings at the Mara River.
This journey crosses remote, beautiful landscapes with chances to spot giraffes, ostriches, and elephants en route.
Arrive in time for an afternoon game drive.

Spend the entire day exploring Kogatende and Mara River areas.
This is where the wildebeest herds cross the crocodile-infested river, a dramatic and unforgettable wildlife spectacle (seasonal: July–October).
Spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, crocodiles, and possibly leopards.

After breakfast, begin game-viewing en route to the Seronera Valley in Central Serengeti, known as the heart of big cat territory.
Enjoy game drives through the endless plains, river systems, and rocky outcrops (kopjes).

Early morning drive out of Serengeti and descend into the stunning Ngorongoro Crater – a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Enjoy a half-day crater game drive spotting black rhinos, lions, flamingos, and hippos in this natural wildlife sanctuary.
Later in the afternoon, ascend the crater wall and head to Karatu town for overnight.

After a leisurely breakfast, transfer back to Arusha.
If flying today, you’ll be dropped at Kilimanjaro International Airport in time for your afternoon flight (recommended after 14:00).
